The invention concerns a multifunction device (1) for the aesthetic/medical treatment of body parts, comprising a control unit (2), and at least one applicator element (3) connected to the control unit (2)； the device comprising at least two emitter devices selected from: - an emitter of radio frequency waves, an emitter of ultrasonic waves, and - an emitter of laser light； the applicator element (3) housing at least two components selected from transducer and emitters, each of which belongs to the aforesaid emitter devices, and a printed circuit board (7). The applicator element (3) has a face (8) from which the waves emitted by at least two of said components (111a, 1 11b, 121, 131) propagate. The invention also regards said applicator element (3).
