An embodiment of the present invention provides a bio-signal measuring device which can be bonded to and differently operated for multiple targets. The bio-signal measuring device comprises: an electrocardiogram (ECG) sensor module including a first electrode formed on the rear side and a second electrode formed apart from the first electrode and one or more photoplethysmograph (PPG) sensor modules having a light-emitting part generating light with which a human body is irradiated and a light-receiving part receiving the light emitted from the light-emitting part and then reflected by a human body. The bio-signal measuring device is configured to use one or more of an ECG sensor module and a PPG sensor module to measure one or more bio-signals among the ECG, PPG and oxygen saturation (SpO_2) of a user.
