The present invention generally relates to antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). In particular, the present invention relates to an ADC comprising an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that binds to prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) and is conjugated to monomethyllauristatin norphedrine or monomethyllauristatin phenylalanine. The antibody-drug conjugate has at least 250 PC-3 (TM) cells versus C4-C2 or LNCaP (TM) cell selectivity. The present invention also relates, in part, to compositions and methods using ADC.
