PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment machine which can perform the treatment of the body side and the shoulder of a subject to take the body side and the shoulder for their synergistic effect provided in medical treatment.SOLUTION: The medical treatment machine 1a comprises a seat 11a and the back 12a, and the back 12a has both the left and right sides which are provided with their respective side walls 2a wherein the side walls 2a project themselves forward the projections 22a projecting themselves from the tops of the side walls 2a toward the center of the width direction the side walls 2a and the projections 22a have their respective expansion/contraction bags 4a and the expansion/contraction bags 4a of the projections 22a can treat or support the subjects shoulder. The side walls 2a and the projections 22a can move to adapt themselves to the height difference of the subject and the subjects desire, and the projections 22a can be housed to avoid them from abutting against the subjects shoulder in the case of not performing the treatment at the projections 22a.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 施療者の身体側部と肩部とを施療可能とする施療機において、それら身体側部及び肩部に対する夫々の施療における相乗的な効果をもたらす事が可能な施療機を提供する。【解決手段】座部11aと背当て部12aからなり、背当て部12aの左右両側に前方に向かって突出した側壁部2aと、該側壁部2aの上部から幅方向中心に向かって突起する突起体22aを夫々備え、側壁部2a及び突起体22aに夫々膨縮袋4aを設けた施療機1aであり、突起体22aの膨縮袋4aにより施療者の少なくとも肩部を施療または保持する事が可能な構成となっている。側壁部2aや、また側壁部2aに対して突起体22aを可動させて、施療者個人の身長差や要望等に適応するようにし、更に突起体22aにおける施療を行わない場合は、突起体22aが施療者の肩部に当接しないよう収納状態にする事ができる。【選択図】 図1
