A pharmaceutical composition is described which includes: an antifungal agent from the class of the allylamines or the morpholines, at a concentration of at least 5% a ternary solvent system comprising water at least one branched or straight chain C2-C8 alkanol at least one glycol the total amount of water representing more than 30% (w/w) of the composition. This composition is intended for application to the nail for the treatment of onychomycoses.
