PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope having a good liquid drainage property during washing while having flexibility in layout.SOLUTION: A plateau part 60 for an observation window is formed on a tip surface 26a, and an observation window 50 is disposed on the plateau part 60 for an observation window. The plateau part 60 for an observation window is formed so that an outer peripheral shape of an area opposite to a nozzle extends to the outer peripheral edge of a tip part.
