PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phantom capable of simulating both a high concentration breast and a fatty breast.SOLUTION: A phantom for ultrasonic measurement comprises a first member simulating a measurement interest target and a second member internally having the first member. The second member has a property of lowering acoustic velocity by temperature rise under temperature control from the outside and has the same acoustic velocity as a third member existing in the periphery of the second member at a predetermined temperature.
