There is provided a urination control device capable of autonomous urination by adjusting the intravesical pressure with the abdominal pressure in starting the urination to prevent urinary incontinence, variously designing the intravesical pressure in opening and closing and gaining the stability and accuracy of the operation while ensuring the control of urination by secure closing and opening operation, and preventing infection and contamination by employing a simple structure and safe constituent materials and being applied to both men and women while improving QOL of the patients. The urination control device of the invention comprises a conduit to be inserted into the urethra, an upstream restraint member located upstream of the conduit and having a through hole, a control member located on the downstream side from the upstream restraint member in the conduit, and a downstream restraint member located on the downstream side from the control member in the conduit, wherein the upper restraint member and control member attract each other with magnetic force, the control member is brought in contact with the opening portion of the through hole in the upstream restraint member at least in the state exerting no fluid pressure on the upstream side so as to block passage of fluid through the upstream restraint member and admit the passage of fluid through the downstream restraint member in the state engaged with the control member.배뇨를 개시할 때의 방광 내압을 복압으로 조절하는 것에 의해 자율적인 배뇨가 가능하고, 요실금이 방지되며, 개시, 폐색할 때의 방광 내압을 여러가지로 설계할 수 있고, 안정성 및 높은 밀도를 얻을 수 있으며, 확실한 폐색, 개방에 따른 배뇨의 제어가 확보되어 간단한 구조와 안전한 구성 재료에 의해 감염이나 오염을 막을 수 있고, 남녀 양성의 환자에게 설치할 수 있으며, 환자의 QOL을 향상시킬 수 있는 배뇨제어장치를 제공한다. 요도 내로 삽입하는 도관과, 이 도관 내의 상류 쪽에 설치되어 있어 관통공을 갖는 상류제지 부재와, 도관 내에서 그 상류제지 부재보다도 하류 쪽에 설치된 제어부재와, 도관 내에서 그 제어부재보다도 하류 쪽에 설치된 하류제지 부재와를 마련해, 상류제지 부재와 제어부재와는 자력에 의해 서로 끌어당길 수 있게 설치되어, 제어부재는, 적어도 상류 쪽에서 실리는 수압이 없는 상태에서는 상류제지 부재의 관통공의 개구로 자력에 의해 당접하여 상류제지 부재의 통액을 폐색하고, 하류제지 부재는, 제어부재를 계지한 상태에서는 통액이 가능하도록 구성되어 있다.
