RAISING SEEDLING CULTURE MEDIUM (BED SOIL) MADE OF FULLY ORGANIC MATERIALS WITHOUT STERILIZATION USING AGRICULTURAL WASTE MATERIALS AND EXCRETA AS MAIN RAW MATERIAL, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture and provide a raising seedling culture medium (bed soil) made of fully organic materials without sterilization which contributes to execution of an organic and recycling agriculture that Japan aims, have few environmental load, and is sustainable, and which is necessary for production of safe/reliable and organic/chemical-free field crops required by a consumer, using agricultural waste materials and excreta as a main raw material, and provide a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: Specifically, a culture medium base material using easily-decomposable organic materials (rise bran, livestock/fowl excreta) and hardly-decomposable organic material (chaff) as a main raw material is odorlessly fermented at high temperature to be full maturity by use of a fermentation degradation acceleration solution that is acidic (PH 4.0 or less), and consists of microbial population etc. mainly composed by lactic acid bacterium derived from cereal grain. The fully matured culture medium base material is pulverized to a grain size optimally suitable for a cultivated crop to manufacture and provide a raising seedling chaff culture medium (bed soil) made of fully organic materials without sterilization.【課題】本発明が解決しようとする課題は、わが国が目指す、環境負荷の少ない、持続可能な有機・循環型農業の遂行に寄与し、しかも消費者が求める安全・安心、有機・無農薬の農作物の生産に必要な、完全有機・無消毒の育苗用培地（床土）を、農・畜産排出物を主原料として製造・提供すると共に、その製造方法をも提供する事である。【解決手段】課題を解決するための手段は、本発明を適用することであり、具体的には、易分解性有機質物（米糠、家畜・家禽糞）と難分解性有機質物（籾殻）を主原料とする培地母材を、穀物由来の乳酸菌を主とする微生物群などにより構成された、酸性の醗酵分解促進液（ＰＨ４．０以下）を用いて、無臭・高温醗酵・完熟させ、この完熟培地母材を、栽培する作物の種類に最適な粒度に粉砕し、完全有機・無消毒育苗用籾殻培地（床土）を製造し、提供する。【選択図】図１
