PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiography apparatus, when radiography is performed with a top board disposed horizontally, capable of immediately performing the radiography at a same imaging angle as that when the radiography is performed with the top board inclined.SOLUTION: The radiography apparatus includes: an attitude calculation section that, when radiography is performed in a tilt state of tilting or rolling a top board 11 and making the surface of the top board 11 intersect with the horizontal direction at an intersection angle θ, the intersection angle formed between an optical axis of an X ray heading from an X-ray irradiation part 31 to a flat panel detector 32 and the surface of the top board 11, calculates, as horizontal imaging attitude information, information of the attitude of a C arm when the intersection angle formed between the optical axis of the X ray heading from the X-ray irradiation part 31 to the flat panel detector 32 and the surface of the top board 11 becomes θ in a horizontal state where the surface of the top board 11 faces the horizontal direction an image processing section for giving the horizontal imaging attitude information calculated by the attitude calculation section to the X-ray image captured by an X-ray imaging section 2 and an image storage section for storing an X-ray image after the horizontal imaging attitude information has been given.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 天板を水平方向に配置してX線撮影を実行するときに、天板を傾斜させてX線撮影を実行したときと同じ撮影角度でのX線撮影を速やかに実行することが可能なX線撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】 天板11をチルトまたはロールさせることにより天板11の表面を水平方向と交差させた傾斜状態で、X線照射部31からフラットパネルディテクタ32に至るX線の光軸と天板11の表面との交差角度をθとしてX線撮影を行うときに、天板11の表面が水平方向を向く水平状態でX線照射部31からフラットパネルディテクタ32に至るX線の光軸と天板11の表面との交差角度がθとなるときのC型アームの姿勢の情報を水平撮影姿勢情報として演算する姿勢演算部と、X線撮影部2により撮影したX線画像に対して姿勢演算部により演算した水平撮影姿勢情報を付与する画像処理部と、この水平撮影姿勢情報が付与された後のX線画像を記憶する画像記憶部とを備える。【選択図】 図6
