PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tropical plant cultivation plant in which temperature and moisture are made almost equal infinitely to those of the tropical region to make mango and the like living in the tropical region inhabit in the temperate region to obtain the fruit thereof, and the energy of the sunlight is efficiently drawn forth. SOLUTION: The tropical plant cultivation plant includes EcoCute (R), a warm water tank, an electronic pump and an underground heat exchanger so as to make the underground temperature equal to the temperature of the tropical region by passing the warm water obtained from the EcoCute (R) via the underground heat exchanger. The electronic pump makes natural tourmaline generate negative ions, far-infrared rays and waves by an amplified electric circuit to purify and activate water for promoting growth of the tropical plants to produce mineral water whose clusters are made small. The warm water tank sprays water obtained by the electronic pump to the mango and the like, and brings the moisture equal to that of the tropical region to promote growth of the mango and the like.
