PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powder for cosmetics having high diffusing effects and high intensity of diffused light.SOLUTION: There is provided the powder which is non-destructive composite powder including a capsule-like particle in which an oil is encapsulated in a gap completely cut off from the outside with a continuous shell. The powder has the sum total of gloss values of &ge15 at an interval of 10° from a light receiving angle of 10 to 40° for 45° incident light, and the gloss value at 45° of &le10 when a plain formed by using the composite powder is measured. Furthermore, a substance composed of the capsule-like particle shell is a polymer, and preferably a polymer obtained from a polymerizable component consisting essentially of one or two or more selected from among (meth)acrylic esters.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】 拡散効果と拡散光の強度が高い化粧料用の粉体を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 連続した外殻により外部と完全に遮断された空隙に油剤が内包されたカプセル状粒子からなる非破壊性の複合粉体であって、該複合粉体を用いて形成した平面を測定した場合の、45°入射光に対する受光角10°~40°までの10°間隔でのグロス値の総和が15以上であり、45°のグロス値が10以下であることを特徴とする粉体を提供する。更に、前記カプセル状粒子外殻を構成する物質がポリマーであり、(メタ)アクリル酸エステルから選択される一種乃至は二種以上を必須とする重合性成分から得られる重合体であることが好ましい。【選択図】 図1
