PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable for an endoscope that does not deteriorate flex resistance substantially though a single-wire conductor is adopted for a central conductor as compared with a case where a twisted-wire conductor is adopted for a central conductor, and can transmit a high-speed digital signal while maintaining an outer diameter of the central conductor at a conventional level.SOLUTION: A coaxial cable 100 for an endoscope includes a central conductor 101, an insulator 102 provided around the central conductor 101, and an external conductor 103 provided around the insulator 102.
