Each joint section connecting the carrier section to at least one electrode section, and providing each connected electrode section with at least one of pitch, roll, and yaw about a point generally along an axis between the carrier section and the electrode section. The joint section made of material of durometer less the durometer of the carrier section. A fill section can substantially occupying the space between the carrier section and the electrode section that is not occupied by the joint section.
