The present invention relates to a ring-type and hole-type sink. More specifically, when changeable functions such as versatility and color, fragrant, axial light, and weight are applied to a sink which has been separately used in a ring type and in a hole type, production costs are remarkably reduced to improve a sink collecting rate. The ring-type and hole-type sink comprises: a weight (10) having a central hole (12) selectively penetrating therethrough and a sink cap (20) made of a mixture including acetal and rubber to be fitted to and coupled with the weight (10). The sink cap (20) is formed in a cone-shaped pipe having a fitting groove (22) formed in the bottom surface thereof, and has a cross shape hole (24) to enable a fishing line (W) to be connected in a ring type and a hole type.
