The present invention is related to a method and a system for detecting signal of pulse diagnosis, and a pulse detecting device thereof. The method comprises pushing strength on the artery of an object, and then detecting a pulse signal gained from back pressure of the artery at different strength values. Comparing each pulse signal of a time period and an amplitude with a predetermined pulse model drawing so as to determine a pulse diagnosis pressure value by configuration similarity, and obtaining a pulse oscillogram correlating with the pulse diagnosis pressure value. Therefore, determined the pulse diagnosis pressure value by comparing pulse configuration similarity is providing standardization and increasing the data applicability for individual pulse analysis.本發明相關於一種脈診訊號測量方法、脈診檢測裝置及脈診訊號測量系統,該方法係包括施加一壓力壓迫一物體之動脈,偵測各個不同壓力值上每一動脈反壓所產生的脈動,比對不同壓力值上該脈動的一特定週期及一振幅與一預設脈波模型圖的相似度,以圖形類比法決定一脈診壓力值,依據該脈診壓力值獲得對應的脈搏波形圖,藉由個人不同的脈搏波形決定施加不同的脈診壓力,提供標準化個人脈診,增加個人脈波數據的分析應用性。
