PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grass collection row holding device and a grass collector in which the height of a grass collection row formed can be adjusted to the predetermined height by a grass collecting unit of the grass collector.SOLUTION: A grass collection row holding device 2 is provided for adjusting the height of a grass collection row W formed by a grass collector 1 having a grass collecting unit 4 for collecting the grass being cut in a row in a predetermined height. The grass collection row holding device has a base disposed behind the grass collecting unit 4, a supporting unit 21 mounted to the base in a swinging manner, and a rotating body 22 rotatably supported to the supporting unit 21 and for holding the grass collection row W to the ground.
