The present invention relates to a cognitive function test method which comprises the steps of: (a) measuring an amplitude modulation threshold and a frequency modulation threshold detectable by a subject； (b) receiving electroencephalogram of the subject measured in accordance with a first stimulus sound provided by changing an amplitude or a frequency based on the amplitude modulation threshold and the frequency modulation threshold； (c) receiving a second stimulus sound with a sound intensity determined based on the amplitude modulation threshold and the frequency modulation threshold and receiving a functional magnetic resonance image when the subject responds in accordance with provision of the second stimulus sound； and (d) analyzing a cognitive function of the subject based on the received electroencephalogram of the subject and the functional magnetic resonance image.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 인지 기능 검사 방법으로서, (a) 피검자가 탐지할 수 있는 진폭변조역치 및 주파수변조역치가 측정되는 단계； (b) 상기 진폭변조역치 및 주파수변조역치를 기초로 진폭 또는 주파수를 변경하여 제공되는 제1 자극음에 따라 측정된 상기 피검자의 뇌전도를 수신하는 단계； (c) 상기 진폭변조역치 및 주파수변조역치를 기초로 결정된 소리강도로 제2 자극음이 제공되고, 상기 제2 자극음의 제공에 따라 상기 피검자가 반응하는 때의 기능적자기공명영상을 수신하는 단계； 및 (d) 상기 수신된 피검자의 뇌전도 및 기능적자기공명영상을 기초로 상기 피검자의 인지 기능을 분석하는 단계를 포함한다.
