PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide easily absorbable calcium solutions in which easily absorbable calcium having excellent in vivo calcium absorbability is dispersed into water, and also to provide drinks in which easily absorbable calcium is added.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an easily absorbable calcium solution and the like comprises calcium citrate with a mean particle diameter of 0.1 micron or more to less than 0.5 micron, water-soluble cellulose (except methylcellulose) or/and cyclodextrin at a weight ratio of 5 to 20% with respect to the calcium citrate, methylcellulose or/and stearic acid at a weight ratio of 0.2 to 2% with respect to the calcium citrate, and chondroitin sulfate at a weight ratio of 0.2 to 5% with respect to calcium content of the calcium citrate.
