To provide a bug trap not using a toxic chemical which has a heavy load on an environment, and which may exert a bad influence on an infant or a pet, or an adhesive material adhering easily onto a human body or a pet.SOLUTION: In a bug trap including a container 12 having an opening 14 through which a bug such as an insect 16 can enter inside or leave therefrom, a bait 20 containing a magnetic material is arranged inside the container 12, and a permanent magnet for forming a trap area A1 where a bug such as an insect 16 eating the bait 20 can be adsorbed and trapped magnetically is formed in an opening 14 of the container 12, and thereby a bug such as an insect 16 can be trapped without using a toxic chemical or an adhesive material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7【課題】環境への負荷が高く幼児やペットへの悪影響も考えられる毒性化学薬品や、人体やペットに付着しやすい粘着材を使用しない虫の捕獲器を提供する。【解決手段】昆虫１６などの虫が内部に出入り可能な開口１４を有する容器１２を備え、容器１２の内部には磁性材料を含む餌２０が配置され、容器１２の開口１４には餌２０を食べた昆虫１６などの虫を磁気的に吸着して捕獲可能な罠領域Ａ１を形成する永久磁石が配置されているため、毒性化学薬品や、粘着材を使用しないで昆虫１６などの虫を捕獲することができる。【選択図】図７
