Device comprises a drive element rigidly connected by an axis with a fan and cleaner, performing progressive rotation in the pipeline. Drive element is made in the form of an electric motor with a power supply, control button, guides and a baffle plate. Baffle plate has a conical shape. Baffle plate is rigidly attached to the electric motor and is arranged between the motor and cleaner. Self-motion of the device through the pipeline is performed due to thrust generated by the fan. Air flow and flushing liquid, passing along internal longitudinal channels and capillaries of the rotary cleaner, are discharged through the baffle plate along an annular gap between the pipeline and drive element.
