The present invention relates to composite powder of scoria powder and porous polymer. More specifically, the present invention relates to composite powder (scoria sphere), a cosmetic composition containing the same, and a method for producing the same, wherein the composite powder has scoria powder particles evenly dipped (impregnated) on the surface and in porous polymer, and the scoria powder particles are produced by spraying, through one step, a dispersion liquid obtained by dispersing scoria powder in a solution having polymer dissolved therein. When scoria dipped powder in which the scoria powder particles of the present invention is evenly dipped in porous polymer is formulated as a cosmetic composition, the porous polymer supplements the sebum absorbing function of scoria adjusted to a micro-size, so sebum absorbing power is remarkably improved.본 발명은 화산송이 분말과 다공성 고분자의 복합분체에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 고분자를 용해시킨 용액에 화산송이 분말을 분산시킨 분산액을 단일공정(One-step)으로 분무하여 제조되는 화산송이 분말 입자가 다공성 고분자의 표면 및 내부에 고르게 함침(Impregnation)된 복합분체(Scoria sphere), 이를 함유하는 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화산송이 분말 입자를 다공성 고분자에 고르게 함침시킨 화산송이 함침 분체를 화장료 조성물로서 제형화시키면, 마이크로 사이즈로 미세화된 화산송이의 피지 흡유 성능을 다공성 고분자가 보완하여 피지 흡착력이 크게 향상된다.
