The invention provides novel phenazine derivatives of formula I, methods for their preparation and their medical use, in particular as anti-neoplastic agents and anti-infective agents. The invention further relates to novel methods for the preparation of known iodinin and myxin. In formula I R1 to R7 are each independently i.a. hydrogen or alkyl, L is either a direct bond or a linker, and X is a functional group or a biocompatible polymer.Linvention concerne de nouveaux dérivés de phénazine, leurs méthodes de préparation et leur utilisation médicale, en particulier en tant quagents anti-néoplasiques et agents anti-infectieux. Linvention concerne en outre de nouvelles méthodes de préparation diodinine et de myxine.
