The present invention provides fused pyridine and pyrimidine derivatives of formula (I), which may be therapeutically useful, more particularly as RORγ modulators in which Ra, Rb, A, B, X, P, Q, L, R4, R5 and m have the meanings given in the specification, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof that are useful in the treatment and prevention of diseases or disorder, in particular their use in disease(s) or disorder(s) where there is an advantage in modulating RORγ receptor.
