The present disclosure includes a method and system for making an orthopedic connection that provides adjustability specific to a connection. Illustratively, one embodiment provides a connection assembly for connecting a plurality of orthopedic components. Such a connection assembly may include a first orthopedic component comprising a female bore. In addition, the assembly may include a second orthopedic component that may be a male connection member positionable in the bore of the first orthopedic component or may include a male connection member. In one preferred form, the male connecting member is a semi-spherical member.
