PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable pants-type diaper having excellent fit at leg opening edge parts, capable of stably covering the buttocks without inhibiting movements of the leg parts of a wearer, and having an external appearance with soft texture like underwear.SOLUTION: First leg elastic parts 17 have a curved shape coming closest to each other at a crotch area 13 and separating from each other towards front/rear waist areas 11 and 12, and have front/rear fixed ends 24 and 25 fixed to a base panel in the front/rear waist areas 11 and 12.
