Present invention is related to a biodegradable polylactic acid based composite having a polylactic acid 50~90 wt%, a modified starch fermenting by a starch 0.1~40 wt% and a polyester oil 0.5~35 wt%, a flexbillzer 0.1~40 wt%, a nucleation agent 0.1~5wt% and a heat resist modifier 0.1~50 wt% The present invention has greater melting point at 120oC comparing with conventional biodegradable polymers.本發明為一種生物可分解之聚乳酸複合材料,其包含一聚乳酸50~90 wt%、一改質澱粉、一增韌劑0.1~40 wt%、一晶核劑0.1~5wt%及一耐熱改質劑0.1~50 wt%,其中:該改質澱粉由一修飾澱粉0.1~40 wt%及一聚酯油類0.5~35 wt%自然發酵而成;該生物可分解之聚乳酸複合材料耐熱溫度達120oC;及藉由該修飾澱粉及該聚酯油類自然發酵而成的該改質澱粉,增加該修飾澱粉之韌性與結構強度。
