The present invention provides an artificial crown and a method of producing the same. According to the method of the present invention, an artificial crown in the shape of a crown can be produced by: mixing a nanofiller, a thermoplastic resin, and silica； applying the mixture onto the top of fibers to produce a plate； placing the plate in a mold, and applying heat thereto to perform molding； and cooling the same. Further, the artificial crown of the present invention can be thermally deformed in a short time, and therefore can be conveniently used in the preparation of a customized denture capable of restoring lost dental functions or esthetic appearance, thereby providing convenience to dentists and dental technicians as well as patients.본 발명은 인공치관 및 그 제조 방법을 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명의 제조방법에 따라 나노필러, 열가소성 레진 및 실리카를 배합한 후, 섬유 위에 도포하여 플레이트를 제작할 수 있으며, 제작된 플레이트를 금형틀에 넣고, 열을 가하여 성형한 후, 냉각시켜 크라운 형태의 인공치관을 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 인공치관은 단시간에 열변형이 가능하여 상실된 치아 기능 및 심미적인 형태의 복원을 가능하게 하는 맞춤형 보철 제작에 용이하게 사용할 수 있어 환자는 물론 치과의사, 치과기공사들에게 편의성을 제공할 수 있다.
