A manipulating tool for a medical implant includes an actuating rod. The rod has a rear end with a grip part and a fixing element at the front end for the releasable axial fixing of the implant. The implant has a counter element suitable for fixing, which has at least two undercuts spaced apart relative to an axis of its body with one respective holding surface oriented in the direction of the interior of the body. The manipulating tool has at least two clamping jaws being at a radial distance from the central longitudinal axis of the actuating rod, for engaging behind the undercuts on the implant side. The clamping jaws are spaced apart in the peripheral direction. A kit for implant medicine includes a medical implant and a corresponding manipulating tool.
