A method for enhancing regeneration and restoration of cut peripheral nerve by combining low-power single-spot laser and degradable nerve conduit comprises: connecting opposite ends of a bio-degradable nerve conduit to proximal and distal ends of a damage peripheral nerve and irradiating low&ndashpower single spot laser along the proximal and distal ends of the damaged nerve through transdermal transmission, in which the laser is a gallium aluminum arsenic phosphide (GaAlAsP) laser diode, having wavelength of 660nm and power of 50mW, with continuous laser beam area of 0.1 cm<2>. Each illumination time is 2 minutes, and once a day for successive 10 days. The results of experiments indicate that the above process can accelerate the effect of regeneration and restoration of a cut and damaged nerve.一種結合低功率單點雷射與可降解性神經導管以促進截斷周邊神經之再生修復方法,包括:將一具有生物降解性之神經導管的兩端連接於一斷損之周邊神經之近端和遠端;沿著該斷損神經之近端和遠端以經皮穿透方式照射低功率單點雷射,雷射光為磷化鎵鋁砷(GaAlAsP)二極體雷射,波長為660 nm,功率為50 mW,雷射光束區域為0.1 cm2,為連續式光束,每次照射時間為2分鐘,每天照射一次,連續10天。實驗結果顯示,上述方式具有加速斷損神經之再生修復效果。
