PURPOSE: A hip joint dislocation alignment apparatus is provided to enable users to conveniently massage the painful region of a hip joint regardless of time and place. CONSTITUTION: A hip joint dislocation alignment apparatus comprises of a base(20), a massage ball(30) equipped to move back and forth in the upper side of the base, an actuating means(40) equipped in one side of the base to move the massage ball back and forth, and a moving block installed to be moved back and forth inside the base by the actuating means. The massage ball equipped in the upper side of the moving block protrudes from a slide home on the upper side of the base. The actuating means is equipped with a first rotating shaft, an actuating lever, a pinion gear, and a rack gear.본 발명은 사용자의 레버 조작에 의해 고관절 탈구 부위를 마사지볼로 간편하게 마사지하여 교정할 수 있는 고관절 탈구 교정기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일실시예는 베이스와, 상기 베이스의 상측에 전후방향 이동 가능하게 구비되는 마사지볼과, 상기 베이스의 일측에 구비되며 상기 마사지볼을 전후방향으로 이동시키는 작동수단을 포함하는 고관절 탈구 교정기를 제공한다.
