To provide a stent which minimizes occurrence of strain and stress concentration in a drug coat layer upon expansive deformation of the stent in a radial direction and is free from the possibility that the drug may come off. The stent is characterized in that the thickness B of a drug coat layer 4 coated on the outside surface of a stent body 2 is gradually decreased toward a bent portion K so that strain or stress in the drug coat layer 4 by expansive deformation of the stent 1 is reduced and coming off of the drug is avoided.
