The present invention relates to a method for producing lemon green tea. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for producing lemon green tea in which a suitable amount of lemon with high content of vitamin C is mixed in green tea to produce lemon green tea while minimizing astringent taste of green tea and maintaining taste and aroma of the lemon to be sour and have good aroma, thereby being easily drinkable and enhancing consumer preference.
