PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonic diagnostic system by which a reference deformable body is mounted on a fixation device so as not to impair flexible deformation and the reference deformable body is easily exchanged.SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic probe 3 provided with the reference deformable body 16 and the fixation device 17 for mounting the reference deformable body 16 on an ultrasonic wave transmission/reception surface, the fixation device 17 is provided with a groove part or a recessed part and the reference deformable body 16 is mounted in the groove part or recessed part of the fixation device.
