The present invention relates to a method for extracting a vitamin B group from rice hulls in which a vitamin B group is extracted from an immersion liquid by an extraction method selected among a room temperature extraction, a hot water extraction, and an autoclave extraction after immersing rice hulls in distilled water. According to the present invention, the extracts of rice hulls can be used as a material for a functional food by analyzing content of vitamin B1 and B2 contained in the rice hulls and providing an extraction method with optimum conditions for extracting a maximum content of vitamin B1 and B2 from the rice hulls in order to find conditions for the extracts of rice hulls to be used in the food industry.본 발명은, 왕겨를 증류수에 침지한 후, 상기 침지액으로부터 비타민 B군을 상온추출, 열수추출 및 오토클레이브(autoclave) 추출 중 선택되는 추출방법으로 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕겨로부터 비타민 B군의 추출방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의하면, 왕겨 추출물의 식품 산업계에 사용될 수 있는 조건을 찾기 위해, 왕겨에 함유되어 있는 비타민 B1과 B2 함량 분석하고, 왕겨로부터 최대함량의 비타민 B1과 B2획득을 위한 추출 최적조건의 추출방법을 제공함으로써, 기능성 식품의 소재로 활용할 수 있다.
