The present invention provides a universal tomographical scanning system having a curve-shaped or L-shaped gantry and a light source such as X-ray, gamma ray and laser ray arranged thereon, wherein the light source can perform a multi-dimensional movement through a universal rotating means and can perform a translation movement on a rail arranged along a first direction onto the gantry while the gantry can be controlled to move along a second direction whereby a moving trace of the light source can be a linear trace, curve trace or zig-zag trace or combination thereof for projecting lights onto an object arranged on a platform such that an optimal image can be obtained according to data generated from efficient scanning angles suitable for characteristics of the object. In addition, a sensor for receiving the emitted light passing through the object and platform during transmission scan is rotatably arranged on a sensor support under the platform such that the universal tomographical scanning system can achieve function of computed tomography. Since the sensor and the light source are respectively driven to perform independent curved movement around the common axis on the gantry and sensor support, which are separately arranged from each other, the distance between the sensor and the light source can be adjusted to obtain proper magnification according to need for inspecting different parts of the object, which is completely different from the conventional CT with a fixed distance between the sensor and the light source. The present invention can perform two-dimensional planar tomography, three-dimensional tomographical images and three-dimensional cone-beam computed tomography so that it can be applied to radiation medical imaging field, veterinary radiation imaging field, and industrial nondestructive inspection field, etc.本發明提供一種三維造影掃描系統,此系統包含一弧形或L形龍門架,以及一發射源(例如X射線源、γ射線源及雷射射線源),所述發射源藉由一萬向轉動裝置而進行多維移動,其可於一設置於龍門架之軌道中沿一第一方向移動,同時可控制龍門架沿一第二方向移動,發射源之移動軌跡可為線性軌跡、弧形軌跡或Z字型軌
