The present invention relates to a nano-emulsion composition comprising a high natural oil content with improved clarity, a cosmetic composition comprising the same, and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a nano-emulsion composition comprising a high natural oil content, produced by emulsifying natural oils, a surfactant, and a polyol in an appropriate mixing ratio by using a high-pressure emulsifier； a cosmetic composition； and a method for preparing the same. The nano-emulsion composition comprising a high natural oil content with improved clarity produces emulsified particles having a nano-size of 20-50 nm, and thus enables to include natural oils up to maximum 25 wt% in low-viscosity skin and essence formulations； and prevents oils from separating, and thus increases the stability when applied to cosmetic materials. In addition, the present invention, due to improved clarity, can broaden the application range of natural oils, which were conventionally limited to applications in milky-type cosmetic materials, to clear skin types or cream types.본 발명은 투명성이 개선된 고함량 천연오일을 함유한 나노 에멀젼 조성물, 이를 포함하는 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 천연오일, 계면활성제, 폴리올을 적정 배합비로 고압 유화기로 유화시켜 제조하는 고함량 천연오일을 함유한 나노 에멀젼 조성물, 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 투명성이 개선된 고함량 천연 오일을 함유한 나노 에멀젼은 20 ~ 50 nm의 나노 사이즈 유화입자를 제조함으로써 저점도 스킨, 에센스 제형에 천연 오일을 최대 25 중량%까지 고함량으로 함유시킬 수 있으며, 오일 분리현상을 방지하여 화장료에 적용시 안정도를 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 투명성이 개선됨으로 인하여 종래 유액 타입의 화장료에 제한적으로 적용되었던 천연오일을 투명한 스킨 타입이나 크림 타입으로 폭 넓게 적용하는 것이 가능하다.
