In the phantom for radiation amount adjustment, solid blocks are coupled layer by layer for three-dimensional voxel-based assembly, radiation measurement units being built into the solid blocks which form pixels having different media and densities, and the phantom is configured by arranging the solid blocks appropriate for the density corresponding to each of the three-dimensional voxel-based pixels.
