The present invention relates to a low temperature plasma sterilization digital transparent orthodontic method comprising: an impression taking step of recording the shape of teeth of a patient in a negative type; a plaster model manufacturing step of manufacturing a model by using plaster through the negative type by impression taking; a three-dimensional (3D) scanning step of scanning a 3D model of the teeth of the patient through the plaster model manufactured by the plaster model manufacturing step; a 3D programming step of making 3D image data sets of teeth arrangement; a treatment plan sharing step of sharing the 3D image data showing the teeth arrangement after an orthodontic treatment, which is made by the 3D programming step, with the patient; a 3D printing step of manufacturing a teeth arrangement model from the 3D image data set; a patient customized pressure forming step of placing transparent resin on a mold with the teeth arrangement model and heating the same in order to mold with compressed air; a transparent brace completing step of conducting finishing work; and a brace sterilizing step of sterilizing a completed transparent brace.
