The invention refers to a dental implant system comprising an implant and a superstructure (10； crown, bridge, etc.). The implant is produced in a single piece and extends from the region of the bone to the height of the approximal gingival papillae. The enossal sections (1, 2) and gingival section (3) of the implant are formed according to diagnostically determined patient data. As a result, the enossal section is matched precisely to the ridge form of the jaw and fills the bone dehiscences arising through the implantation completely. Correspondingly, the gingival section (3) fills the cavity in the gingiva. The superstructure (10) is joined over its whole area with the transgingival implant head (4), whereupon both fill the remaining cavity of the gingiva, and additionally fixed to a prosthetic abutment pin (7) on the implant.
