The device has a main body (2), and a sound filtering unit (3) mounted in the main body to move the body to preset fixed positions with respect to reference marks located on the main body, where each preset fixed position of the filtering unit facing the reference mark corresponds to a predetermined filtering level of sound received by the ear. The filtering unit is mounted in the main body so as to provide an interface between interior and exterior of the ear by internal and external surfaces (3A, 3B), respectively.
