PURPOSE: A bone density measuring apparatus having a function of determining a measuring position and a function of analyzing a body composition using an infrared camera are provided to ensure excellent measurement reproducibility by easily setting a measuring reference point for measuring bone density or analyzing a body composition. CONSTITUTION: A bone density measurement device(100) comprises an imaging part(20) and a measuring reference point determining unit(30). A bone density measurement system includes a main body(2) which includes an X-ray generation part and an inspection table(4) which is formed on the top of the main body. The bone density measurement system includes a sensor part(60) which senses the X-rays irradiated from the X-ray generation part. The sensor part comprises a head unit(62) which is installed facing the inspection table at a certain interval and a supporting part(64) which is installed to be movable along a longitudinal direction of the inspection table. A control panel portion(80) fine-controls the position of the sensor part and the X-ray generation part can be installed at the sensor part.
