A patient interface assembly for use in a system delivering a flow of treatment gas from a pressure generating device to the airway of a patient includes a pillow member structured to accommodate the patients head thereon, a support member disposed above the pillow member, and a mask assembly coupled to the support member. The mask assembly includes a cushion structured to sealingly engage at least one of the nasal or oral orifices of the patient. The cushion is structured to be coupled to the pressure generating device for delivering the flow of treatment gas to the airway of the patient.La présente invention concerne un ensemble interface patient, conçu pour être utilisé dans un système de libération dun flux de gaz de traitement provenant dun dispositif de génération de pression dans les voies respiratoires dun patient, et comprenant un élément oreiller structuré pour recevoir la tête du patient, un élément support situé au-dessus de lélément oreiller, et un ensemble masque couplé à lélément support. Lensemble masque comprend un coussin structuré pour sinsérer de manière étanche dans un des orifices nasaux et/ou lorifice oral du patient. Le coussin est structuré pour être couplé au dispositif de génération de pression pour libérer le flux de gaz de traitement dans les voies respiratoires du patient.
