PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiagent type hair treatment agent composition capable of suppressing dripping of a mixture in a hair treatment agent composition obtained by blending a percarbonate and to provide a method for using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a multiagent type hair treatment agent composition which comprises a first agent containing at least one selected from a carbonate and an ammonium salt so that the content is 0.1 mass% or more when in use as an alkaline agent, a second agent containing an oxidizing agent and a third agent containing a percarbonate, wherein the composition further comprises (A) a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 9 or more.
