1. A device that can be used to collect body fluids from a patient, wherein the device comprises: a body that has a forward protruding, offset back, detachably held, selectively withdrawn needle, the body being configured to receive a fluid collection tube in a selectively detachable message fluid with the rear end of the retractable needle; a trigger connected to move relative to the housing, where the trigger contains an activating element, selectively included engaging with a cam ring rotatably mounted in the housing; whereby moving the starter relative to the housing after releasing the fluid collection tube from the housing rotates the cam ring and thereby releases the retention needle that is biased backward to retract it into the housing and into the cavity for abduction inside the starting device. 2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the body fluid is blood. The device of claim 1, wherein the fluid collection tube is a blood collection tube. The device according to claim 1, wherein the retractable needle has sharp front and rear tips of the needle. The device according to claim 1, wherein the retractable needle is attached to a needle holder located inside the body. The device according to claim 5, wherein the needle holder has a transverse flange. The device according to claim 1, where the needle is biased back by means of a compressed discharge spring. The device of claim 1, wherein the retracted needle is held by a cam ring. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the needle holder is held by a cam ring. The device according to p.1.
