An apparatus for preparing a highly concentrated solution of insect repellent and the method thereof are provided to make it possible to mass-produce a solution containing a high concentration of poorly water-soluble insect repellent within a short period by separating the place where a process of dissolving a poorly water-soluble insect repellent is conducted from the place where a process of concentrating the solution where the repellent is dissolved is conducted and repeating the processes of dissolution and concentration, and to prevent the issue that an insect repellent is recrystallized and extracted by improving the stability of the manufactured solution using a surfactant.본 발명은 고농도 해충 기피제 용액의 제조장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 난용성 해충 기피제를 용해시키는 공정과 상기 기피제가 용해된 용액을 농축시키는 공정이 수행되는 장소를 분리시키고, 상기 용해 및 농축의 공정을 반복하여 수행함으로써, 짧은 시간 동안 난용성 해충 기피제를 고농도로 포함하는 용액을 대량으로 제조할 수 있도록 한다. 또한, 본 발명은 계면 활성제를 사용하여 상기 제조된 용액의 안정성을 향상시킴으로써, 해충 기피제가 재결정 석출되는 문제점을 방지할 수 있도록 한다.
