The invention relates to a training inserter (1) for an intrauterine system, said intrauterine system comprising a body (11) and removal strings (17), the training inserter comprising a handle (2) having a first end (3) and a second end (4), an insertion tube (5) having a first end (6) and a second end (7), and being arranged in connection with the handle (2), for receiving the intrauterine system, a plunger arranged inside the insertion tube (5), and first means for moving the insertion tube (5) with respect to the plunger for pushing out the intrauterine system. The training inserter further comprises second means (14, 18) that perform the following functions: attaching the removal strings to the inserter, pulling back the intrauterine system via the removal strings, and storing the removal strings.Linvention concerne un système dintroduction guide (1) pour un système intra-utérin, ledit système intra-utérin comprenant un corps (11) et des fils pour lenlèvement (17), le système dintroduction guide comprenant une poignée (2) ayant une première extrémité (3) et une seconde extrémité (4), un tube dintroduction (5) ayant une première extrémité (6) et une seconde extrémité (7) et étant disposé en connexion avec la poignée (2), pour recevoir le système intra-utérin, un piston étant disposé à lintérieur du tube dintroduction (5) et un premier moyen pour déplacer le tube dintroduction (5) par rapport au piston pour pousser le système intra-utérin. Le système dintroduction guide comprend en plus un second moyen (14, 18) qui effectue les fonctions suivantes: attacher les fils pour lenlèvement au système dintroduction, tirer le système intra-utérin via les fils pour lenlèvement et stocker les fils pour lenlèvement.
