PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard vinyl chloride-based resin composition for medical use excellent in sterilization treatment by radioactive ray irradiation, especially, with remarkably reduced in the discoloration even when treated by &gamma-ray irradiation, and excellent in radioactive ray resistance, hardness and elutability, and hard parts for medical use produced by molding the same.
SOLUTION: The hard vinyl chloride-based resin composition for medical use comprises 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride-based resin and 1-15 pts.wt. of one or more plasticizers selected from cyclohexane dicarboxylate-based plasticizers and alkylsulfonic acid-based plasticizers, and has &ge35° Rockwell hardness defined by JIS K7202. The hard medical parts are molded articles prepared by molding the resin composition.
