PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quicken a hemostatic operation by a new hemostatic belt, and to evacuate a patient to a safe place to save the patient from a disaster suffering though a dialysis hospital takes an emergency rescue system depending on a disaster, an earthquake/fire/tsunami or the like during the dialysis of the dialysis patient, temporarily stops a dialysis machine, and takes a hemostatic system of the patient having lain on a bed without a moments delay.SOLUTION: In this dialysis emergency escape hemostatic band, it is necessary to perform dialysis hemostatic operation in a short time so as to lead the dialysis patient to an evacuation place in an emergency disaster, sterilized gauze is attached to an elastic paper band, the central position of the gauze is confirmed, thereafter a gauze upper part is pressed by fingers, a dialysis needle is pulled out, an adhesive sticking tab part of a band part is attached and fixed to an arm, an upper part of the adhesive sticking tab of the arm, a sterilized gauze upper part and the belt are wound such that a circle is written on the arm while strongly pulling a band turning handle part of the opposite belt end so as to strongly press the gauze onto the arm, an upper part of the elastic paper band is formed in a wedge (a recessed shape), a band lower part is formed in a wedge (a projecting shape), and the dialysis emergency escape hemostatic band is wound around the arm.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 透析病院は透析患者を透析中に災害、地震・火事・津波等に依る緊急救助体制を取り、一刻も早急にベッドに横たわっている患者を、透析機械を一時的に止めて止血体制に入りますが、この新規止血ベルトにより、止血操作を速めて、患者を安全な場所に避難させ災害被害より救い出す事です。【解決手段】 緊急災害時に透析患者を避難場所まで導く為、短時間で透析止血操作を行う必要があり、弾力性紙ばんどに滅菌ガーゼを取り付け、ガーゼの中心位置の確認後、ガーゼ上部を指で押さえて、透析針を抜き、バンド部の接着剤糊代部を腕に取り付け固定し、次にガーゼを強く腕に押さえる為に反対のベルト端のバンドめくり取っ手部を強く引きながら腕の接着剤糊代の上部、滅菌ガーゼ上部及びベルトを腕に円を書く様に紙巻き、弾力性紙バンドの上部を楔(凹)に、バンド下部に楔(凸)を加工し腕に巻くと上透析緊急離脱止血バンド。【選択図】図4
