FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be used for moisturising, rejuvenation and cleansing of skin. For this purpose pneumomechanic peeling of skin is performed by high-speed cooled gas-dynamic jet at temperature within (-3)-(-6)°C with microparticles of ice. Ice is preliminarily frozen to temperature (-15)-(-18) °C. Gas-dynamic jet is slowly moved above the surface of treated section. Optimal time of impact on one section is not longer than 3-5 seconds. Device contains case with gas-dynamic narrowing nozzle from one side and electro- and pneumo- connector from the other side. In device introduced are magnetic trap for removal of metal particles from jet with ice microparticles and ice rod. Ice rod is located in cylindrical canal of case with piston for movement of ice rod in the process of its consumption. Nozzle, generator of ice microparticles and ice rod are installed on axis of device in successive way. Canal of supply to generator of ice microparticles of cooled air under pressure is located coaxially to ice rod. Narrowing nozzle is made replaceable.
